Description

Specificity:

Mouse Anti-Human CD7 (Clone WM31) recognizes Human CD7. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. The antibody reacts with the CD7 antigen which is a 40 kDa membrane polypeptide which appears early in differentiation and is expressed on the majority of immature and mature T lymphocytes. It is also to be found on a small subpopulation of normal B cells and on malignant B cells.

Formulation

This purified monoclonal antibody is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), 1 mg/ml BSA and 10 mM sodium azide as a preservative.

Storage and Stability

For use within 1 month of purchase store at 2-8°C. For long term storage freeze working aliquots at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
