Specificity:
Mouse Anti-Human CD90 (Clone F15-42-1) recognizes Human CD90. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. Anti-Human CD90 (Thy-1) molecule is a heavily glycosylated membrane bound protein of 18 kDa.

Reporter Molecule:
R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) has a molecular weight of 240 kDa and is purified from red algae. R-PE is an intensely bright phycobiliprotein with an absorption maxima at approximately 496, 546 and 565 nm, and a fluorescence emission maximum of ~578 nm.

This conjugate is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), 1 mg/ml BSA and 10 mM sodium azide as a preservative.
Storage and Stability
Store at 2-8°C protected from light. DO NOT FREEZE. For long term storage aliquot conjugate into working volumes and store at 2-8°C for up to a year.
