Specificity:

Mouse Anti-Class I H-2K^d D^d,q,u (Clone A5A1-Do4) recognizes Class I H-2K^d D^d,q,u. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Present on 100% of T-cells, B-cells, erythrocytes, macrophages, endothelial and epithelial tissue. Positive with this antibody are strains of independent haplotypes H-2KdDd,q,u. Positive are intra-H-2 recombinants carrying alleles Kd, Dd, Ld, Dq. Strains carrying all other alleles are negative.

Allophycocyanin (APC) has a molecular weight of 104 kDa and is purified from green algae. APC is an intensely bright phycobiliprotein with a broad absorption profile that peaks at ~650 nm, and a fluorescence emission maximum of ~660 nm.
