Specificity:
Mouse Anti-Mouse II I-Ed,j,k,p,r,u,v (Clone C3A3-Do3) recognizes Mouse II I-Ed,j,k,p,r,u,v. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Antigen Distribution:
Present on all B-cells, macrophages, dendritic cells and epithelial tissue. Absent from T-cells. Reacts with splenocytes and lymph nodes.

Reporter Molecule:
R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) has a molecular weight of 240 kDa and is purified from red algae. R-PE is an intensely bright phycobiliprotein with an absorption maxima at approximately 496, 546 and 565 nm, and a fluorescence emission maximum of ~578 nm.

Formulation
This R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.
Storage and Stability
This R-PE conjugate is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
