Specificity:
Mouse Anti-Human CD90 (Clone F15-42-1) recognizes Human CD90. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. The CD90 (Thy-1) molecule is a heavily glycosylated membrane bound protein of 18 kDa.

Formulation
This purified monoclonal antibody is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), 1 mg/ml BSA and 10 mM sodium azide as a preservative.
Storage and Stability
For use within 1 month of purchase store at 2-8°C. For long term storage freeze working aliquots at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.

Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections: This antibody has been shown to stain the Thy.1 antigen in frozen, unfixed tissue sections in studies of neuroblastoma, leukaemia phenotyping and carcinoma of the breast.
Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.
