Description
Specificity:
Anti-HLA-DQ (clone Ia3) recognizes a monomorphic epitope present on HLA-DQ molecules of the human class II major histocompatibility complex (MHC). Anti-HLA-DQ does not react with HLA-DR or HLA-DP molecules.

Antigen Distribution:
The HLA-DQ antigen is present on approximately 10% of peripheral blood lymphocytes. This antibody reacts with virtually all B-cell lines and some tissue macrophages and dendritic cells.

Reporter Molecule:
Fluorescein (FITC) is a small fluorescent organic molecule with a molecular weight of 473 daltons with an absorbance maximum of ~492 nm and an emission maximum of ~518 nm.

This Fluorescein (FITC) conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.
Storage and Stability
This Fluorescein conjugate is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
