Specificity:
Mouse Anti-Human p34cdc2 Serine/Threonine Kinase (p34cdc2 Serine/Threonine Kinase) (Clone 17) recognizes an epitope near the C-terminus on Human p34cdc2 Serine/Threonine Kinase. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Fluorescein (FITC) is a small fluorescent organic molecule with a molecular weight of 473 daltons with an absorbance maximum of ~492 nm and an emission maximum of ~518 nm.
