Description
Specificity:
Mouse Anti-Human CD11b (Clone 44) recognizes an epitope on Human CD11b. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Antigen Distribution:
The CD11b antigen is expressed on approximately 30% of human peripheral blood lymphocytes, most natural killer lymphocytes, circulating monocytes, granulocytes, a subset of T-cells and subsets of macrophages.1,2

Background:
Anti-CD11b may be used to study lymphocyte subsets in flow cytometry and in cell adhesion research (Mac-1). The antibody may be used to stain tissue sections which have been acetone fixed and frozen.

Reporter Molecule:
DyLight® 680 conjugated antibodies absorb light maximally around 682 nm (± 4 nm) and fluoresce maximally around 715 nm. DyLight® 680 produces near-infrared (IR) fluorescence that replaces other near-IR dyes, including Cy5 and Alexa Fluor 680, and is ideal for multi-color applications including fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, ELISA. DyLight® is a trademark of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. and its subsidiaries.
