Specificity:
Rat Anti-Mouse CD90 (Clone T24/31) recognizes an epitope on Mouse CD90. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Antigen Distribution:
The CD90 Thy-1 antigen is present on thymocytes, peripheral T-cells and some intraepithelial T-lymphocytes of all mouse strains tested.

Reporter Molecule:
DyLight® 594 antibody conjugates absorb light maximally around 593 nm (± 4 nm) and fluoresce with a peak around 618 nm. They are distinctly brighter than Alexa 594 conjugates, and much brighter and more water soluble than Texas Red conjugates. DyLight® is a trademark of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. and its subsidiaries.

This DyLight® 594 conjugate is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
