Specificity:
Mouse Anti-Human HLA-A, B, C (Clone W6/32) recognizes an epitope on Human HLA-A, B, C. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Antigen Distribution:
This HLA-A, B, C antigen is present on most nucleated cells of humans and old world monkeys.

Reporter Molecule:
DyLight® 633 antibody conjugates absorb light maximally around 638 nm (± 4 nm) and fluoresce with a peak around 658 nm. Antibodies conjugated to Dylight® 633 may be used in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, Western blotting, ELISA, high-content screening and are ideal for multi-color applications. DyLight® is a trademark of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. and its subsidiaries.

Formulation

This DyLight® 633 conjugate is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
