Description
Specificity:
Mouse Anti-Human HLA-DR Monomorphic (Clone L243) recognizes an epitope on Human HLA-DR Monomorphic. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Antigen Distribution:
The HLA-DR antigen is present on B-lymphocytes, activated T-lymphocytes and activated natural killer (NK) lymphocytes. This antigen is also expressed on monocytes, macrophages, human progenitor cells and B-cell lymphomas.

Reporter Molecule:
DyLight® 680 conjugated antibodies absorb light maximally around 682 nm (± 4 nm) and fluoresce maximally around 715 nm. DyLight® 680 produces near-infrared (IR) fluorescence that replaces other near-IR dyes, including Cy5 and Alexa Fluor 680, and is ideal for multi-color applications including fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, ELISA. DyLight® is a trademark of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. and its subsidiaries.

Formulation
This DyLight® 680 conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.
Storage and Stability
This DyLight® 680 conjugate is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
