Description
Specificity:
Mouse Anti-Mouse I H-2Kd Dd,q,u (Clone A5A1-Do4) recognizes an epitope on Mouse I H-2Kd Dd,q,u. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Antigen Distribution:
Present on 100% of T-cells, B-cells, erythrocytes, macrophages, endothelial and epithelial tissue. Positive with this antibody are strains of independent haplotypes H-2KdDd,q,u. Positive are intra-H-2 recombinants carrying alleles Kd, Dd, Ld, Dq. Strains carrying all other alleles are negative.

Reporter Molecule:
PerCp is a component of the photosynthetic apparatus found in the dinoflagellate Glenodinium. PerCP is a protein complex with a molecular weight of ~35 kDa. Due to its photobleaching characteristics do not use on flow cytometers with high-power lasers.

Formulation
This PerCP conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.
Storage and Stability
This PerCP conjugate is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
