Description
Specificity:
Mouse Anti-Mouse Natural Killer Cells (NK1.1) (Clone PK136) recognizes an epitope on Mouse NK1.1. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Antigen Distribution:
Mouse NK cells. Endogenous and interferon induced NK cells. Not present on cytotoxic T-cells and Con A stimulated blast cells. May be present on a certain subset of cytotoxic T-cells strains A, AKR, BALB/C, BALB.H-2b, CBA, C3H, DBA/2, 124 were negative using PK136.

Formulation
This antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.

<0.1 EU/µg as determined by the LAL method
Storage and Stability
This antibody is stable for at least one week when stored at 2-8°C. For long term storage, aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at – 20°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
