Specificity:
Mouse Anti-Human Phosphotyrosine (Clone PY20) recognizes an epitope on Human Phosphotyrosine. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Reporter Molecule:
DyLight® 633 antibody conjugates absorb light maximally around 638 nm (± 4 nm) and fluoresce with a peak around 658 nm. Antibodies conjugated to Dylight® 633 may be used in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, Western blotting, ELISA, high-content screening and are ideal for multi-color applications.
