Description

Specificity:

Mouse Anti-Bovine Tau (Clone Tau-2) recognizes an epitope on Bovine Tau. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Reporter Molecule:

DyLight® 800 conjugated antibodies absorb light maximally around 770 nm (± 4 nm) and fluoresce maximally around 794 nm. DyLight 800 is near-IR fluor that is invisible to the naked eye but increases the staining options when using infrared imaging systems. This dye is ideal for multi-color applications including fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, ELISA. DyLight® is a trademark of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. and its subsidiaries.

Formulation

This DyLight^® 800 conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.

Storage and Stability

This DyLight^® 800 conjugate is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
