Specificity:
Goat F(ab')2 Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) recognizes Mouse IgG. This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography and has been adsorbed against serum proteins and immunoglobulins to minimize species cross-reactivity.

Reporter Molecule:
AMCA is a small fluorescent organic molecule with an absorbance maximum of 350 nm and an emission maximum of 450 nm.

Preparation:
This F(ab')2 secondary antibody was generated by optimal pepsin degestion of the antisera followed by antigen affinity chromatography to elimiate the presence of Fc fragment and whole molecules.
