Description

Specificity:

Goat F(ab')₂ Anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) recognizes Mouse IgG (H&L). This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography and adsorbed against serum proteins and immunoglobulins to minimize species cross-reactivity.

Preparation:

This F(ab')₂ secondary antibody was generated by optimal pepsin degestion of the antisera followed by antigen affinity chromatography to elimiate the presence of Fc fragment and whole molecules.

Formulation

This secondary antibody is formulated in 0.01M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4 containing 1.0% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.

Storage and Stability

This secondary antibody conjugate should be stored for up to 4 weeks at 2-8°C. However, for long-term storage, aliquot into working volumes without dilution and store at –20°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
