Specificity:
Goat Whole Molecule Anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) recognizes Mouse IgG (H&L). This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography and has been adsorbed against serum proteins and immunoglobulins to minimize species cross-reactivity.

Reporter Molecule:
DyLight® 633 antibody conjugates absorb light maximally around 638 nm (± 4 nm) and fluoresce with a peak around 658 nm. Antibodies conjugated to Dylight® 633 may be used in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, Western blotting, ELISA, high-content screening and are ideal for multi-color applications. This DyLight® 633 conjugate is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
Applications and Suggested Working Dilutions

Secondary antibody concentrations reconstituted with glycerol will be diluted by 50%. Therefore, the working dilution may be one half of what is recommended.
