Size

Prod. No.:M290
Pkg. Size:0.5 ml
Description
Specificity:
Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) recognizes Mouse IgG heavy and light chains. This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography and adsorbed against serum proteins and immunoglobulins to minimize species cross-reactivity.

Reporter Molecule:
Alkaline Phosphatase (Alk Phos) is an enzyme purified from bovine calf intestinal mucosa with a molecular weight of approximately 140 kDa.

Host Species
Goat
Immunogen
Purified Mouse IgG (H&L) (>98%)
Formulation
This secondary antibody is lyophilized from 0.01M Tris buffered saline (TBS) pH 8.0 containing 0.25M NaCl, 15 mg/ml IgG free BSA and 0.05% sodium azide as a preservative.
Reconstitution
The lyophilized secondary antibody Alkaline Phosphatase (Alk Phos) conjugate should be reconstituted in 0.5 ml of deionized water. Gently vortex until the solution is clear. Centrifuge the conjugate if not completely clear and free of particulates. After reconstitution, add an equal volume of ACS grade glycerol bringing the final concentration to 50% v/v.
Expiration Date
One year from date of reconstitution
Storage and Stability
This lyophilized secondary antibody conjugate should be stored desiccated at 2-8°C. The reconstituted Alkaline Phosphatase (Alk Phos) conjugate containing glycerol should be stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer.
