Specificity:
Goat F(ab')2 Anti-Rabbit IgG (H&L) recognizes Rabbit IgG (H&L). This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography and adsorbed against serum proteins and immunoglobulins to minimize species cross-reactivity.

Preparation:
This F(ab')2 secondary antibody was generated by optimal pepsin degestion of the antisera followed by antigen affinity chromatography to elimiate the presence of Fc fragment and whole molecules. The antibody is then conjugated to biotin at a molar ratio to optimize performance.

Formulation
