Specificity:
Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H&L) recognizes Rabbit IgG (H&L). This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography and adsorbed against serum proteins and immunoglobulins to minimize species cross-reactivity.

Reporter Molecule:
Horseradish Peroxidase (HRPO) is an enzyme purified from horseradish root with a molecular weight of approximately 44 kDa.

Formulation
This HRPO conjugate is supplied in a specially formulated diluent for horseradish peroxidase conjugates. Dilutions should be made in UltraStable-BSA™ HRPO Stabilizer/Diluent (Leinco Prod. No.: S509) Horseradish Peroxidase Stabilizer to maintain stability and reduce nonspecific background.
Storage and Stability
This HRPO conjugate is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
Applications and Suggested Working Dilutions
1:500 - 1:5,000 for immunohistochemistry on tissue sections 1:5,000 - 1:100,000 for ELISA and Western blotting with chromogenic substrates 1:10,000 - 1:200,000 for Western blotting with ECL substrates
