Specificity:
Goat F(ab')2 Anti-Rabbit IgG (H&L) recognizes Rabbit IgG (H&L). This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography and has been adsorbed against serum proteins and immunoglobulins to minimize species cross-reactivity.

Preparation:
This F(ab')2 secondary antibody was generated by optimal pepsin degestion of the antisera followed by antigen affinity chromatography to elimiate the presence of Fc fragment and whole molecules.

Formulation
This secondary antibody is supplied in 0.01M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, containing and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative. The specific antibody concentration is 1.0 mg/ml
Storage and Stability
This secondary antibody conjugate should be stored for up to 4 weeks at 2-8°C. However, for long-term storage, aliquot into working volumes without dilution and store at –20°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
Applications and Suggested Working Dilutions
This secondary reagent has been optimally manufactured to detect primary rabbit antibodies. Leinco Technologies uses F(ab')2 fragments to eliminate Fc receptor binding during use in flow cytometry or immunohistochemistry.
