Description

Specificity:

Goat Whole Molecule Anti-Chicken IgY/IgG (H&L) recognizes Chicken IgY/IgG (H&L). This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography and has been adsorbed against serum proteins and immunoglobulins to minimize species cross-reactivity.

Reporter Molecule:

DyLight® 405 conjugated antibodies are excited maximally at about 400 nm (± 4 nm) and fluoresce with a peak at about 420 nm. DyLight® 405 is not recommended for use in epifluorescence microscopes, nor is it recommended for flow cytometry, because emission filters commonly used in flow cytometers are not optimal for DyLight® 405. Formulation

This DyLight® 405 conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.

Storage and Stability

This secondary antibody conjugate should be stored desiccated at 2-8°C.

Applications and Suggested Working Dilutions

It is recommended that working dilutions be prepared fresh daily.

FC: 1:100 - 1:800
IF: 1:100 - 1:800

Secondary antibody concentrations reconstituted with glycerol will be diluted by 50%. Therefore, the working dilution may be one half of what is recommended.
