Background:

Ultra Chemiluminescent Sensitive + HRP Standard Membrane Substrate provides excellent performance for the range of target protein amounts typical of routine experiments, and is easily optimized to detect with greater senstivity. NOTE: Chemiluminescent substrates differ by ease-of-use, sensitivity (i.e., lower limit of detection) and compatibility with imaging equipment. Please refer to Leinco Technical support for help choosing which product may work best for you.

1. Chemiluminescent Sensitive Plus Luminol (Reagent A) 2. Chemiluminescent Sensitive Plus Reaction Buffer (Reagent B)

Direction For Product Use:

Prepare Ultra Chemiluminescent Sensitive + HRP Microwell and/or Membrane Substrate by mixing 1 mL of Chemiluminescent Sensitive Plus Luminol (Reagent A) with 1 mL of Chemiluminescent Sensitive Plus Reaction Buffer (Reagent B). Mix well and protect from light. Larger and smaller volumes of the substrate can be mixed at the same 1 to 1 ratio specified above. NOTE: Leinco Ultra Chemiluminescent Sensitive + HRP Microwell and/or Membrane Substrate is very sensitive and great care must be taken to optimize the individual assay components (antibodies, conjugates, solid phase, etc...) to minimize background reactivity associated with nonspecific immunochemical reactivities
