Liver Cytoplasmic Lysate tissue lysate was prepared by homogenization using a proprietary technique. The tissue was frozen in liquid nitrogen immediately after excision. For quality control purposes, the liver tissue pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is shown to be consistent for each lot by visualization with coomassie blue staining. The isolated liver tissue cytoplasmic protein is the Western analyzed by either GAPDH or beta-actin antibody and the expression level is consistent with each lot.

This material has been tested by accepted techniques and has been found to be negative for HBsAg, HIV 1/2, and HCV. Additional patient information may be available upon request.

The rat liver tissue cytoplasmic lysate is provided in a buffer including HEPES (pH 7.9), MgCl₂, KCl, EDTA, Sucrose, Glycerol, Sodium deoxycholate, NP-40 and a cocktail of protease inhibitors.

One year from date of receipt

For short term storage of this tissue lysate, you may store at 2-8°C. For extended storage, freeze in single use aliquots at -20 - -70°°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
