We warrant that our products will perform as described in the product data sheets and labeling. If for any reason you find that a product does not perform as described, we will gladly credit your account or exchange the product. Please contact one of our technical service representatives, and they will be glad to assist you.

Order Process

Orders may be placed online, by phone, fax or e-mail. Written confirmations are not required for orders placed by phone. If your institution requires one be sent, please label clearly “Confirming Order – Do Not Ship”. Leinco will not issue credit for duplicate shipments due to improperly marked confirming orders.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel an order, please call or send a written cancellation notice within 24 hours from the time the order was originally placed. Products shipped to customers are not returned to inventory to assure quality for all of our customers. Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to Leinco Technologies’ return policy.

Return Policy

Should you need to return an item, please call for authorization; unauthorized returns are not permitted. Leinco will not accept returns without prior authorization. All accepted returns are subject to fees. Please contact customer service for return instructions.

Terms & Conditions

Typical Net 30 terms from date of invoice are available after credit check completed. Overdue invoices are subject to carrying charges at 1.5% per month (18% per annum). Shipping terms are F.O.B., St. Louis, Missouri. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.
