Description
Specificity:
Rat Anti- CD90 (Clone T24/31) recognizes a non-polymorphic (Mr 25-30 kD) determinant on the Thy1.1 and Thy1.2 alloantigens.
Antigen Distribution:
The CD90 Thy-1 antigen is present on thymocytes, peripheral T-cells and some intraepithelial T-lymphocytes of all mouse strains tested.

This purified antibody is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.
Storage and Stability
This antibody is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
Reported Applications
FC
Flow Cytometry: It is recommended to use the indirect method for signal enhancement when enumerating cells expressing CD90. A suggested method would be to stain cells expressing CD90 with 1.0 µg per 1.0 x 10
6 cells in a total staining volume of 100 µl followed by Goat F(ab')
2 Anti-Rat IgG, Fc (Gamma) Fragment Specific-R-phycoerythrin (

Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.
