Description
Specificity:
Mouse Anti-Human CD16 (Clone CB16) recognizes Human CD16. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. Anti-Human CD16 has been described as the low affinity Fc receptor (FcRIII) for complexed IgG which may exist either as a transmembrane form or as glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol form. It is expressed on NK cells, granulocytes (PMN) and macrophages. The GPI-linked form is (also) expressed on neutrophils.
