Description

Specificity:

Mouse Anti-Human CD90 (Clone F15-42-1) recognizes Human CD90. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. Anti-Human CD90 is a heavily glycosylated membrane bound protein of 18 kDa.

Reporter Molecule:

Fluorescein (FITC) is a small fluorescent organic molecule with a molecular weight of 473 daltons with an absorbance maximum of ~492 nm and an emission maximum of ~518 nm.

This conjugate is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), 1 mg/ml BSA and 10 mM sodium azide as a preservative.
