Description Specificity: Mouse Anti-Mouse Ts H-2b,p (Clone D2C5-Ky82) recognizes Mouse Ts H-2b,p. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. Antigen Distribution: Found on Ts cells. Reporter Molecule: Fluorescein (FITC) is a small fluorescent organic molecule with a molecular weight of 473 daltons with an absorbance maximum of ~492 nm and an emission maximum of ~518 nm. Host Species Mouse Formulation This Fluorescein (FITC) conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative. Storage and Stability This Fluorescein conjugate is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
