Specificity:
Goat F(ab')2 Anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) recognizes Mouse IgG heavy and light chains. This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography and adsorbed against serum proteins and immunoglobulins to minimize species cross-reactivity.

Reporter Molecule:
Fluorescein (FITC) is a small fluorescent organic molecule with a molecular weight of 473 daltons with an absorbance maximum of ~492 nm and an emission maximum of ~518 nm.

Preparation:
This F(ab')2 secondary antibody was generated by optimal pepsin degestion of the antisera followed by antigen affinity chromatography to elimiate the presence of Fc fragment and whole molecules.
