This secondary antibody is formulated in 0.01M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4 containing 1.0% BSA and 50% glycerol. (Warning: Use of sodium azide as a preservative will inhibit the enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase)
This secondary antibody conjugate should be stored for up to 4 weeks at 2-8°C. However, for long term storage, aliquot into working volumes without dilution and store at –20°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
