Adsorbed Against: Hu., Bv., Hs.
Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) recognizes Mouse IgG heavy and light chains. This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography and adsorbed against serum proteins and immunoglobulins to minimize species cross-reactivity.
Rhodamine TRITC is a small fluorescent organic molecule with an absorbance maximum of 550 nm and an emission maximum at 570 nm.
This secondary antibody is formulated in 0.01M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4 containing 1.0% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.
The lyophilized secondary antibody Rhodamine TRITC conjugate should be reconstituted in 1.1 ml of deionized water. Gently vortex until the solution is clear. Centrifuge the conjugate if not completely clear and free of particulates. After reconstitution, add an equal volume of ACS grade glycerol bringing the final concentration to 50% v/v.
This secondary antibody conjugate should be stored at 2-8°C. Do not Freeze.
A working dilution of 1:50 - 1:200 is suitable for most applications.
