Specificity:
Mouse Anti-Human IgM µ-Chain Specific (Clone HB57) recognizes an epitope on Human IgM µ-Chain Specific. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Antigen Distribution:
Surface IgM is expressed on B-lymphocytes.

Reporter Molecule:
DyLight® 594 antibody conjugates absorb light maximally around 593 nm (± 4 nm) and fluoresce with a peak around 618 nm. They are distinctly brighter than Alexa 594 conjugates, and much brighter and more water soluble than Texas Red conjugates. DyLight® is a trademark of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. and its subsidiaries.
