DetailsTissue Type Brain: Tonsilla Cerebelli Diagnosis Normal Preparation Human tonsilla cerebelli tissue lysate was prepared by homogenization using a proprietary technique. The tissue was frozen in liquid nitrogen immediately after excision and then stored at -70˚C. The human tonsilla cerebelli tissue total protein is provided in a buffer including HEPES (pH7.9), MgCl2, KCl, EDTA, Sucrose, Glycerol, Sodium deoxycholate, NP-40, and a cocktail of protease inhibitors. For quality control purposes, the tonsilla cerebelli tissue pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is shown to be consistent for each lot by visualization with coomassie blue staining. The tonsilla cerebelli tissue is then Western analyzed by either GAPDH or β-actin antibody, and the expression level is consistent with each lot. Safety Testing This material has been tested by accepted techniques and has been found to be negative for HBsAg, HIV 1/2, and HCV. Additional patient information may be available upon request. Host Human Concentration 3 mg/ml Formulation The human tonsilla cerebelli tissue total protein is provided in a buffer including HEPES (pH7.9), MgCl2, KCl, EDTA, Sucrose, Glycerol, Sodium deoxycholate, NP-40, and a cocktail of protease inhibitors. Expiration Date One year from date of receipt Storage This lysate should be aliquoted in working amounts and may be stored for up to one month at 2-8˚C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. For longer term storage, freeze working aliquots at -70°C. Applications and Suggested Working Dilutions This lysate is for use in Western blotting, 10 µg to 20 µg per lane is recommended for mini gel. |
