Specificity:
Mouse Anti-Mouse I H-2Kd Dd,q,u (Clone Do4) recognizes Mouse I H-2Kd Dd,q,u. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Antigen Distribution:
Present on 100% of T-cells, B-cells, erythrocytes, macrophages, endothelial and epithelial tissue. Positive with this antibody are strains of independent haplotypes H-2KdDd,q,u. Positive are intra-H-2 recombinants carrying alleles Kd, Dd, Ld, Dq. Strains carrying all other alleles are negative.

Formulation
This purified antibody is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.
Storage and Stability
This antibody is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
