AffiPure™ control antibody products are produced from normal serum obtained from multiple animal species (Mouse, Rabbit, Rat, etc.) and that have not been previously immunized. This IgG is purified using multiple methods and provided in a standard PBS buffer. This preparation can be used as a control reagent for immunoassays in which the corresponding polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies are used. In addition, Leinco also offers antibody fragments with specific proteases and isotype controls from Mouse, Rat, and other species. Leinco’s AffiPure™ proteins are suitable for use as analytes or controls in assays including ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence Microscopy, and Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
