Your role:

Leinco Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Quality Assurance Associate who will maintain, implement, communicate, and develop our Quality System and Policy to ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015. Applicant must be familiar with Federal regulations (FDA & USDA), good manufacturing practices (GMP), and good laboratory practices (GLP). Ensure our Quality System and Policy is properly understood, carried out, evaluated, and if necessary, modified. Promote quality and performance improvement throughout the company and persuade reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate our Quality System and Policy. Define and write quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff. Perform “spot audits” to ensure operating staff are in compliance with our Quality System and Policy.

This position is different from standard laboratory work although lab interaction is critical. You work behind the scenes, making sure the essentials of our quality system are being followed. You have the opportunity for some laboratory work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our quality inspection and release program for incoming and in-process materials and components.
  • Manage manufacturing and quality control documentation for all manufactured materials.  Including, establishing and assess product specifications for compatibility with customer requirements.
  • Communicate with customers’ auditors to ensure compliance with customer.
  • Manage and maintain calibration logs to ensure all required equipment is in compliance.
  • Identify relevant quality related training needs and deliver needed training.
  • Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to QA/QC.
  • Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and providing statistical reports to the company’s management team.

Experience and Education:

  1. B.S or B.A. in an applied science or engineering field.
  2. Ideally 2 years experience in Quality Assurance including experience in quality management systems and quality system audits.

Leinco Technologies develops and manufactures products that simplify, automate and innovate complex IVD biomedical testing, excel cancer/life science research and touch scientist’s research all over the world. Dedicated to life science research and rapid diagnostics our products are used directly or as raw materials in clinical approved devices used by physicians to diagnose disease, make treatment decisions, monitor patients and conduct life science research. Scientists use our life science products to study complex biological problems including causes of disease and potential new therapies or drugs in mouse and non-human primate models.

Your role:

Downstream processing scientists work on Antibody/Protein purification processes. This position is part of manufacturing and interfaces closely with our production team and regulatory department. In The scope of this role will be to lead and manage scale ups in manufacturing, lead investigations of product failures and product improvements, as well as improvement and optimization of the manufacturing processes and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purification including Protein A/G, IEX, and SEC chromatography of antibodies or proteins.
  • Filtration experience dead end, flat sheet and Cartridge.
  • Bioprocessing equipment experience such as the AKTA Prime purification systems and/or FPLC
  • Analytical testing using SDS-PAGE, ELISA, endotoxin assay, western blots, etc.
  • Working within a quality system, process validation, risk assessments, and characterization documents in line with our ISO9001.2015 standards and customer requirements.

Other Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and implement process data monitoring and process maintenance.
  • Experience in immunoassays such as ELISA and western blotting preferred.
  • Maintain technical information and operational records.
  • Work with Development, QA, Mfg floor to ensure SOP’s accuracy and usage

Experience and Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering, biochemistry, chemistry or a related field and 4+ years of experience.
  • A masters’ degree in Chemical engineering, biochemistry, chemistry or a related field and 2+ years of experience optional.
  • GMP and ISO Standard experience minimum 2 years’ experience.
  • Validation, verification, and change control minimum 2 years’ experience.
  • Knowledge of immunoassays is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to succeed in a team environment
  • Excellent written and oral skills are necessary..
  • Ability to accomplish goals under project team timelines
  • Exhibit a strong attention to detail and documentation control.
  • Able to work independently performing complex experiments with minimum supervision at times.

Your role:

As part of our marketing team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment working with our key brands in a marketing role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and market life science reagents (antibodies, proteins, etc.) to researchers around the world.
  • Track trends, monitor competition, and customer usage through google analytics, google AdWords, social media, and websites.
  • Content creation (digital and print) while producing additional supporting marketing material.
  • Website page and product creation and/or edits.
  • Be creative and have bold ideas to increase product knowledge and awareness to target consumers.
  • Liaison with the QA team to manage the customer feedback loop.
  • Manage customer communication, notifications, support functions etc.
  • Customer support including processing orders and handling a daily routine around supporting marketing and customer service.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BS Degree with 1+ years experience in the life sciences or marketing.
