Description
Background:
Cell Death-Inducing DFF-Like Effector A peptide is applicable as a control peptide for blocking antibody binding in Western blotting.

Amino Acid Location
This peptide sequence is located at amino acids 200 to 217 of Human CIDE-A protein.
Formulation
This peptide is formulated in PBS pH 7.2 (0.01 M Sodium Phosphate, 0.13 M NaCl) containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.02% sodium azide.
Storage and Stability
Store this peptide in working aliquots at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
Reported Applications
N, WB
Neutralization: The peptide may be used to neutralize the binding activity of Anti-Human CIDE-A (CT) (Leinco Prod. No.: C1292) by incubation of an equal volume of the peptide and antibody for 30 minutes at 37°C for Western blotting experiments.
Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.
Country of Origin
USA
