This F(ab')2 secondary antibody was generated by optimal pepsin degestion of the antisera followed by antigen affinity chromatography to elimiate the presence of Fc fragment and whole molecules.
Storage and Handling
This secondary antibody conjugate should be stored for up to 4 weeks at 2-8°C. However, for long term storage, aliquot into working volumes without dilution and store at –20°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
