Background:
β-Amyloid Precursor Protein peptide is applicable as a control peptide for blocking antibody binding in Western blotting.

Amino Acid Location
This peptide sequence is located at amino acids 737 to 751 of Human APP protein.
Formulation
This peptide is formulated in PBS pH 7.2 (0.01 M Sodium Phosphate, 0.13 M NaCl) containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.02% sodium azide.
Storage and Stability
Store this peptide in working aliquots at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
