Specificity:
Goat F(ab')2 Anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) recognizes Mouse IgG (H&L). This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography and adsorbed against serum proteins and immunoglobulins to minimize species cross-reactivity. This secondary reagent has been optimally manufactured for use as an enhancing step (Link Antibody) in immunohistochemistry.

Preparation:
This F(ab')2 secondary antibody was generated by optimal pepsin degestion of the antisera followed by antigen affinity chromatography to elimiate the presence of Fc fragment and whole molecules.
