Antibodies and Reagents distributed by Ozyme

Leinco Technologies is a biotechnology company founded in 1992 as a specialty manufacturer of early discovery research products including antibodies, recombinant proteins, ELISA kits, second-step reagents, and other life sciences products. Shortly thereafter, we also established ourselves as a premier provider of custom R&D and manufacturing services focusing on monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins. Our innovative products and services are used to augment the early discovery process in life science research, diagnostics, and groundbreaking development of protein therapeutics.

In vivo Functional Antibodies

Antibodies can bind in a variety of ways, which has been exploited in in vivo diagnostics. In vivo antibodies from Leinco serve the purpose of research and are applied in living animals or cells, for cell depletion, activation, neutralization or blocking and many more. Monoclonal antibodies are primarily used here.

Leinco has proprietary methods to produce its functional in vivo antibodies in outstanding quality and highest purity standards. Two quality standards of in vivo antibodies are maintained, In vivo GOLDTM and In vivo PLATINUMTM.

Both series offer monoclonal in vivo antibodies with cross-reactivity for mouse and human species, among others.

In vivo Cell Specific Depletion – T Cell, B Cell, NK Cells, and More

Leinco Technologies offers monoclonal antibodies to mouse cell specific surface proteins and cytokines for in vivo cell specific depletion studies.  Depletion can occur naturally (i.e. in HIV) or be induced for treatment purposes. Therefore, it is a useful tool in therapeutic, immunotherapy and diagnostic research. It is common practice for researchers to use antibodies to remove a specific cell type to infer its function, and mouse cell depletion in vivo experiments are used to establish the role of specific cell types in a variety of immunological processes. As an example, in vivo T cell depletion experiments using a combination of anti-CD4 (Clone GK1.5) and anti-CD8 (Clone 2.43 or 53-5.8) antibodies are efficient and produce less deleterious effects on other blood cell populations compared to using CD3 depletion antibodies (like clone 145-2C11 or 17A2).

Immune Checkpoints

Leinco Technologies offers a wide range of well known immune checkpoint antibodies and proteins for use in cancer research. Leinco is the premier manufacturer of in vivo functional grade antibodies with the highest purity specifications available. When conducting immune checkpoint preclinical research, it is important to use high purity in vivo grade antibodies to generate reliable data.
