Description

Background
The ADAPT-3D™ 5X Wash Buffer is an essential component of the ADAPT-3D™ Tissue Clearing Kit, formulated to gently and effectively remove unbound reagents, antibodies, and residual clearing agents between protocol steps. Optimized for use with cleared tissues, this buffer maintains tissue integrity and fluorescence stability while supporting consistent and reproducible immunolabeling and imaging results. It is provided as a 5X concentrate for convenient dilution and efficient workflow integration.
Directions for Use
The ADAPT-3D™ 5X Wash Buffer is diluted to 1X and used throughout the protocol to thoroughly rinse tissue samples between key steps, including after delipidation and immunostaining. Its formulation helps remove unbound reagents and antibodies, reduce background fluorescence, and preserve tissue integrity and antigenicity during the clearing and labeling process. Multiple washes in this buffer help ensure optimal imaging clarity and consistency. Please review the ADAPT-3D Protocol for more details.
Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications. See directions on lot specific datasheets, as information may periodically change.
Hazard Description
This product contains sodium azide (0.09%), which is toxic if ingested, inhaled, or absorbed through the skin. Use appropriate personal protective equipment, including gloves, lab coat, and eye protection. Handle in a well-ventilated area and dispose of in accordance with local regulations. For detailed safety and handling instructions, please refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
