Rotavirus belongs to the Reoviridae family and is the most common cause of diarrheal disease among infants and young children.

Liquid

50 mM Tris/HCl, 300 mM NaCl at pH 7.4.

Virus is extracted from infected cells and concentrated from cell culture supernatant. The viral material is inactivated by detergent treatment and further purified by size exclusion chromatography. The antigen is presented in 50 mM Tris/HCl, 300 mM NaCl at pH 7.4.

Store at -65°C or lower. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. 10 years from date of manufacture (under recommended storage conditions).
