Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications. See directions on lot specific datasheets, as information may periodically change.

Description

Description

Specificity
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody specific to DPP10
Background
The DPP10 gene encodes a homolog of dipeptidyl peptidases that cleave terminal dipeptides from cytokines and chemokines, and it presents a potential target for asthma therapy. The DPP10 protein shares features with members of the S9B family of DPP serine proteases which includes DPP4, an enzyme that participates in chemokine processing.
Function
Promotes cell surface expression of the potassium channel KCND2 (PubMed:15454437). Modulates the activity and gating characteristics of the potassium channel KCND2 (PubMed:15454437). Has no dipeptidyl aminopeptidase activity (PubMed:12662155). {PubMed:12662155, PubMed:15454437, PubMed:15671030}.
