Purified Rat IgG (H&L) (>98%)

This AlexaFluor® 647 conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.4, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.

This secondary antibody conjugate should be stored desiccated at 2-8°C.

Secondary antibody concentrations reconstituted with glycerol will be diluted by 50%. Therefore, the working dilution may be one half of what is recommended.
