Purified Human IgM, Fc5μ Fragment (>98%)
This secondary antibody is lyophilized from 0.01M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.6 containing 0.25M NaCl, 15 mg/ml IgG free BSA and 0.05% sodium azide as a preservative.
This F(ab')2 secondary antibody was generated by optimal pepsin degestion of the antisera followed by antigen affinity chromatography to elimiate the presence of Fc fragment and whole molecules.
Storage and Handling
This lyophilized secondary antibody conjugate should be stored desiccated at 2-8°C. The reconstituted Fluorescein (FITC) conjugate containing glycerol should be stored at -20°C in a manual defrost freezer.

It is recommended that working dilutions be prepared fresh daily. FC: 1:50 - 1:200IF: 1:50 - 1:200Secondary antibody concentrations reconstituted with glycerol will be diluted by 50%. Therefore, the working dilution may be one half of what is recommended.

Goat F(ab')2 Anti-Human IgM, Fc5μ Fragment recognizes Human IgM, Fc5μ Fragment. This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography and has been adsorbed against serum proteins and immunoglobulins to minimize species cross-reactivity.
