The assays are recommended to complement the findings of direct detection methods and for differential diagnosis in case of atypical pneumonia. SERION ELISA classic Legionella pneumophila 1-7 IgG/IgM are quantitative or qualitative tests for detection of human antibodies in serum or plasma against Legionella pneumophila 1-7. Product is intended for research use. NOTE: Pretreatment of samples with RF-Absorbent (Z200) is recommended for use with IgM ELISA kits to eliminate presence of sample rheumatoid factors and possible false negative results.
