Arbovirus and Tropical Disease Reagents Validated for High Specificity

Mosquito and tick transmitted pathogens present a moving target for diagnostic and vaccine developers. Leinco Technologies delivers a comprehensive portfolio of high specificity antibodies and antigens spanning mosquito-borne flaviviruses, alphaviruses, and tick-borne pathogens, including NS1 targeting clones validated for lateral flow and ELISA. All reagents are manufactured at our Missouri facility under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 standards, ensuring lot-to-lot consistency for diagnostic assay development and therapeutic research.

Mosquito-Borne Flaviviruses

Monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins targeting Dengue, Zika, West Nile, Yellow Fever, Japanese Encephalitis, and Usutu. The collection includes clones against envelope, NS1, core, and matrix antigens, with multiple clones per pathogen to support optimized pair selection. Applications include ELISA, lateral flow, and neutralization.

Mosquito-Borne Alphaviruses

Monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins for Chikungunya, Mayaro, Ross River, and Eastern Equine Encephalitis research. Clones target key structural proteins, including E1 and E2 envelope antigens, with applications spanning ELISA, IHC, lateral flow, neutralization, and in vivo models.

Tick-Borne Pathogens

NS1 targeting monoclonal antibodies for Tick-Borne Encephalitis Virus and Powassan Virus, two pathogens of increasing concern as tick vector ranges expand into new geographies. Clones are tested for use in ELISA and lateral flow. Antigens available for use in immunoassays.
